1. Independent Travel Concierge Status

Leisure Lifestyle acts solely as an independent travel agent, planner, and booking coordinator on behalf of travelers. We arrange flights, private transportation, hotel lodging, sightseeing tours, and maritime cruises through licensed third-party service providers ("Suppliers"). Each supplier maintains distinct terms of carriage, cancellation timelines, and accommodation rules.

2. Pricing, Inclusions & Quotations

All package prices displayed on our website are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We strive for utmost pricing clarity:

• What Is Included: Published package inclusions typically feature confirmed accommodations, designated guided transfers, listed excursions, and listed meal plans as detailed in your specific itinerary proposal.
• What Is Excluded: Unless specifically itemized, prices exclude international visa application fees, passport renewal charges, discretionary gratuities to local drivers and hotel staff, baggage excess fees, personal travel insurance, and personal expenses.
• Price Guarantee: Once your deposit or full payment is received and your booking confirmation reference is generated, your tour package price is fixed and will not fluctuate due to subsequent currency movements.

3. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the requisite deposit or payment in full and issuance of a formal written confirmation from our concierge desk:

• Standard Tour Packages: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure hotel rooms and local guide allocations, with the final balance due 45 days prior to departure.
• Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of travel must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• Payment Processing: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and verified bank transfers. All card payments are verified with 3D Secure / CVV validation.

4. Traveler Responsibilities: Passports, Visas & Health

It is the sole responsibility of each guest to ensure they possess valid travel documentation prior to embarkation:

• Passports: Passports must generally be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your scheduled return date and contain adequate blank visa pages.
• Visas: Travelers must ascertain and obtain all necessary entry, transit, and electronic travel authorization (ETA) visas for all destination countries.
• Health Requirements: Travelers must comply with relevant vaccination or medical requirements mandated by destination health authorities.

5. Comprehensive Travel Insurance Requirement

We strongly urge every guest to purchase comprehensive travel protection covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical evacuation, and lost luggage. Leisure Lifestyle does not provide insurance directly but partners with licensed global insurance providers to facilitate tailored policies upon request.

6. Changes, Rescheduling & Supplier Modifications

While every reasonable effort is made to operate all tours as advertised, unexpected regional circumstances (weather conditions, river navigation levels, flight timetable adjustments) may occasionally require minor alterations to an itinerary. In such rare instances, our concierge will arrange alternative accommodations or activities of equal or superior standard.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leisure Lifestyle shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage resulting from acts of God, civil commotion, carrier mechanical breakdowns, adverse weather, or omissions by third-party suppliers over whom we have no direct managerial control.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any agreement to which they apply shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. In the unlikely event of an unresolved dispute, parties agree to seek amicable resolution through good-faith mediation prior to commencing formal legal proceedings.
